RETURNS AND REFUNDS

www.kingsofneon.nz handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Protection legislation.

All Kings Of Neon's LED Neon Signs are custom, neon signs made by Kings of Neon can be returned and refunded as long as they adhere to the following conditions:

RETURNS

Every KINGS OF NEON LED Neon sign is made from scratch, especially for you. Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. We have a strict no returns policy with any of our Products, however not limiting the rights and obligations under New Zealand Consumer Laws. We will not accept the return of items which are deemed to be ‘’change of mind’’.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If your item arrives damaged, please refrain from using the product. We kindly ask you take images and send to custom@kingsofneon.nz within 24 hours of receiving the product.

In the event you believe your order is wrong or you have received the wrong order, please contact us at

custom@kingsofneon.nz within 24 hours of receipt of the items.

Please Note that we ship and manufacture from all around the world and this is not a reason for return. All designs are sent out from Australia and you are supporting local jobs and families.
